Starting our day with a tour of the Battlefield House in Stoney Creek we will begin our journey through 100 years of Christmas. Next, we are off to Dundurn Castle for a traditional Christmas lunch in the Coach House prior to a tour of the Castle, which will be decorated in Victorian splendour with cedar boughs, ribbons and dried flowers. We will finish with a visit to the Whitehern Mansion, where our costumed guide will take us on a tour of this National Historic site, decorated as it was were for Christmas in the 1800’s.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reservations: All tours are booked directly with Parkinson Tours
Rates: Tour rates are calculated according to transportation fares, events and accommodation rates in effect as of January 1, 2007. Although efforts are made to maintain the tour rates as published, Parkinson Tours reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, should this become necessary.
Deposits & Payments: Multi-Day tours require a set deposit that is listed with the itinerary within 14 days of booking. If the deposit is not received within this time period, reservations may be cancelled. The balance of payment due date, is also listed in the itinerary, therefore, guaranteeing the confirmed rate. When reservations are received less than 45 days prior to departure, full payment is required immediately on booking. Forms of Payment: Parkinson Tours accepts payment in the form of Visa or MasterCard, cheque, money order or cash. Cheques must be made payable to Parkinson Tours. A service charge of $30.00 will apply to any NSF cheques.
Responsibility: Parkinson Tours reserve the right to make any changes, before or during the tour for the comfort and enjoyment of the passengers. All tour itineraries are subject to change or cancellation with prior notice. Parkinson Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip with less than 30 passengers booked.
All property will be handled at the passenger’s own risk. Parkinson Tours will not be held responsible for lost articles. Specific equipment and/or drivers cannot be guaranteed.
Law strictly prohibits smoking and alcohol consumption on board any Parkinson Tours vehicle.
Delays due to uncontrollable or difficult roads, border or weather conditions are not the responsibility of Parkinson Tours.
DAY TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Passengers are requested to notify Parkinson Tours by telephone of their intention to change or cancel a One Day Tour Booking. Theatre tickets are non-refundable unless we are able to resell the ticket. We will do our best! All tour monies will be refunded for any reasonable cancellation (other than theatre tickets as noted above) provided notification is received ten days prior to the tour date. A Tour Credit for the full amount of the tour will be issued for cancellations received less than ten days prior to the tour date. Tour Credits or refunds are not available for passengers who have not notified our office of a change of plans or who are not on board the coach at departure time on the day of the tour. There will be a $10.00 handling fee for all refunds requested.

All tours are on deluxe, air conditioned, washroom equipped motor coaches. We have full sound systems (T.V.'s, tapes, CDs, DVD's) and P.A. systems. The above prices include all taxes and gratuities. Return times are considered to be approximate times. All tours are fully escorted.
Parkinson Tours reserves the right to cancel if there are less than 30 persons booked for a trip. Should any of the passengers require special meals or special seating for event tickets (i.e. handicapped or hearing assisted) please let us know at the time of booking so we can more easily accommodate your needs.
